Several scrapbooks compiled by John H. K. Davis of Hartford, Connecticut, regarding his time with Troop B of the 5th Militia Cavalry. Three of the volumes (including the two in the box) focus on the troop's time in Arizona, including many photographs. Another volume contains mostly newspaper clippings and some correspondence. Unrelated to the others is a bound, typed volume, partially a journal, of active training in 1932 b y the 316th cavalry at Fort Ethan Allen.
